Gardening advice on the move

Cycling back from the allotment this morning I spotted a friend walking her dog; I waved and carried on cycling, then she shouted "What do I do about chillies".  I slammed on my brakes, gave her advice on chilli growing , and pedalled away.  I think I have found a niche in the market a, 'roving gardener' giving advice to all and sundry as I pass by. 1. I have just found your lovely and informative blog. I'm going to read your past posts over a few cups of tea tomorrow.

I see that you have mentioned Elspeth Thompson and I did not realise that she had died - so tragic. I have her Wonderful Weekend Book. I think I may write a blog entry about her too.

I look forward to reading more of your great posts.
