rambling on about … a soft kind of sunday …

Finishing the novel and husband’s birthday called for a different kind of Sunday.

A leisurely breakfast and a walk by the local reservoir followed by lunch with friends – a lot of laughs and a few glasses of ‘pop’.  Perfect.

  1. I've got lost. I've been checking back from time to time and finding you were posting without allowing comments while you have been November writing. Have I missed a load of posts or have I been visiting another blog by mistake? Either way - I'd like to walk down the lane in your collage.

    1. No you weren't visiting the wrong blog Lucy. I switched the comments off on purpose so as not to have any distractions - it seems to have worked as I finished the draft a week earlier than expected. It was a lovely walk, just a shame the sun wasn't out - but hey you can't have everything.

    1. I agree about the change of pace, it was pretty full on over the past three weeks. No I'm not pleased with it yet, still needs a lot of work.

    1. At the beginning of November I felt I was never going to manage it - but the more you write, the easier it gets - sort of.

    1. Shame the weather was a little dull - photos always look better when it is a bit brighter - oh well, you can't have everything!
