By Way of Explanation ...

Hello

The short blogging break I intended to re-charge my batteries has changed into a rather more extended one - longer than I anticipated.  So to those of you who have been in contact wondering if all was well - the answer is yes, I am fine - but thank you for your concern.

Unsure  when or if I will be returning on a regular basis - but I thought I owed you some explanation, rather than leaving the blog hanging in mid air.

One thing for sure, I certainly do miss you all  and hope my blogging mojo returns at some point.

With very best wishes
Elaine xx

  1. So glad to hear from you Elaine. Some blog daily and others only occasionally. I do miss blogs I follow that go silent. I guess the middle place would be to hear from friends from time to time to know what's been happening. That would be nice. Guess you are busy in preparation for your beautiful gardens.

  8. We all need a break now and then. I took quite a long one a few years ago (didn't have internet for a while, in fact, so a total technology break!) I am glad you touched base, and wish you well.

  9. Lovely to know that you are OK and only taking a break. It's a dilemma with blogging, how often to post and not wanting it to become a chore. Look forward to seeing your garden as the year progresses.

  10. I'm still here, but then I knew where you were because you told me. I assume you still read me from time to time. I follow you on Instagram, but you know that, so I know you are still out there.x

  19. I miss you too. I keep coming back, hoping for a reprise, but blogging seems to have a shelf life and I, too, find that mine is reaching its expiration date. There are so many things to do and see and say, and so many other good places to do and see and say them, it is no wonder that we move on. Just
wanted you to know that even though you are out of sight, you are not out of mind.
