    Hi Elaine, I just found your blog in the big blogsphere. The video of the 95 year old woman is quite amazing and beautiful.     Oh I enjoyed that. Reminds me I should really do yoga - the sunny deck overlooking woods sells the idea to me, but I'd be more likely to sit and drink coffee than roll on a mat!
