Soggy Sunday

 

The rain hasn’t stopped all day - literally it hasn’t  stopped.  It’s Mothers Day so here is my Mum.  I always thought this was their honeymoon photo but then after looking at my family history files - it can’t be as they got married in November and you can’t tell me that Blackpool in November was warm enough to wear summer clothes.

So for most of the day I have been catching up on my reading - I have a pile of books waiting to be read so I took advantage of the rain and got stuck in - The Lost Bookshop  by Evie Woods was my book of choice - can’t quite make my mind up about it and I’m two thirds of the way in - I’ll pass judgement on it when I’ve finished but so far it just gets a six out of ten.
