Thursday is my charity shop trawling day. One thing I have noticed is how the prices have shot up the cost of living seems to have affected even that now - so many of our local towns shops have closed now, particularly clothes shops, that there is nowhere else for people to browse any more. Anyway I bought a cotton top large enough to layer it as and when required and three vintage books. Got some toiletries from Boots and that’s about it.
I’ve read Angel before but don’t know where it’s gone - I’ve seem the film Enchanted April but not read the book and the Josephine Tey I bought because I enjoyed the last book I read of hers - I shouldn’t be buying any books at all as I still have a huge pile still to be read.
Finished putting together the Lego Succulents that I got for my birthday the last one the cacti with the pink blob on top was the hardest I just couldn’t fix it together and almost gave up I decided to give it one more try and bingo it all just clicked together - I don’t think I’ll be doing another one any time soon.
The oil change sign came up on the car dashboard but it’s going in for a service and MOT tomorrow so not too serious.
