  1. The 2013 one looks more like September!

  2. The garden looks a lot more wintry in previous years - it must still be quite mild where you live! Lovely views out across the countryside!

  3. I wonder when we will take the hit this year?

  4. Tony and I were only saying earlier how mild it has been so far. We moved in 4 years ago to our new house and there was snow on the ground (23rd dec) and the last couple of years as you so rightly show it was very very cold. I bet we will get it all in January!

  5. What a difference! Autumn is very mild this year, also on our side. I wonder how January will be.

  6. Shorts and T shirt weather here for the last few days, but it won't last. I just hope we won't be snowed-in again, like last year!

  10. This years does look distinctly autumnal doesn't it. The weather is so changeable at the moment, some days are mild and others cold and sleety. We've had some awful winds too. It's great being able to compare the garden from year to year. xxx

  11. No words necessary when the difference is so obvious :) Great idea to take photos to compare.

  12. Starnge sort of winter this year isn't it. Hope January doesn't decide to make up for the mild weather we are having at the moment.

  13. It's fascinating to compare years. I'm glad this winter is milder - so far. But I can't help feeling there's some cold weather waiting to come in later on.
