A Wednesday Wobble

 

Since the beginning of February I have been making little changes to my diet to try and reduce my weight a very slow process not wanting quick results that wouldn’t last - and it was working breaking old habits for new -  but sometimes changing a lifetimes habits doesn’t come easy and cravings are hard to resist.  Still I regard this as just a slight drawback and am determined to get back on track after a small hiccup.
